Refund & Replacement Policy
At Jackie Dalton Watches, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund and Replacement Policy offers the following options:
1. Replacement Policy
- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or if you wish to change the color or watch collection. The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all protective stickers intact, and the original packaging must not be damaged, taped, or written on.
- No Restocking Fee: Replacements are free of charge, with no restocking fee applied.
- Shipping Costs: The company will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item incase of defect/damage otherwise customer is responsible for shipping it back.
2. Return Policy
- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all protective stickers intact, and the original packaging must not be damaged, taped, or written on. The payment method should be paid online via Debit/Credit Card.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns, regardless of the reason.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The company is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and it is the customer's responsibility to securely pack the item.
- Partial Refunds: If the packaging is damaged, taped, or has any writing on it, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an update confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method in 7 - 15 days.
Additional Information
- Return parcels sent via courier without prior approval will not be accepted or processed
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Special offer items cannot be refunded.
- Processing Delays: If you experience any delays in receiving your refund, please verify your bank account, contact your credit card company, and reach out to your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at care@jackiedalton.co with the subject βRefund Not Received β Order #.β
