Warranty Policy

Your watch is designed to provide reliable performance under normal conditions. Please note the following important details regarding warranty coverage:

General Precautions

• The watch is built to withstand everyday shocks but should not be subjected to excessive impact, such as falling onto a hard surface, which may damage the internal movement.
• Water resistance ratings (e.g., 3 ATM, 5 ATM) indicate the watch’s ability to withstand specific levels of water exposure. Watches with 3 ATM resistance are suitable for brief immersion, such as rain exposure, but are not designed for activities like bathing, showering, or diving. Higher-rated models offer increased resistance but should still be used within their specified limits.

Warranty Coverage

• The warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturer defects for 12 months from the date of receipt.
• Repairs under warranty are free of charge, except for a handling and transportation fee of Rs. 450, which includes return shipping.
• Claims must include your order reference number and a description of the issue, which can be shared via our customer service channels.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered under the warranty:

1. External Components: Case, plating, glass, and band/strap.
2. Damage from Misuse: Accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Wear and Tear: Discoloration, general wear and tear, and battery replacement.
4. Loss or Theft: Any loss or damage while the watch is not in our possession, including during transit by any means.
